RETURNS POLICY
At GURKOC, we offer a 30-day return policy. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)
- Intimate or sanitary products
- Hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Certain health and personal care items
RETURN REQUIREMENTS
To complete your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
PARTIAL REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Partial refunds may be granted for:
- Books with obvious signs of use
- Opened media items (CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, vinyl records)
- Any item not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error
- Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically and applied to your original payment method within a certain number of business days.
No additional processing fees will be charged.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you have not received your refund:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company (processing time may apply)
- Contact your bank (processing delays are common)

SALE ITEMS
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are non-refundable.
EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
To request an exchange for the same item, please contact:
GIFTS
If the item was marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit once the return is processed.
If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
SHIPPING & RETURNS
Return shipping is free of charge.
GURKOC covers all return shipping costs and no fees will be deducted from your refund.
Exchange delivery times may vary depending on your location.
For items over $40, we recommend using a trackable shipping service (provided free upon request) or shipping insurance (also free of charge).
